The workouts are infinitely varied in terms of equipment and structure, so that you never get bored or plateau. You’ll perform movements that will improve your movement in daily life and/or performance in a chosen sport. We then up the intensity so that you get guaranteed results in just an hour’s class. All movements can be modified for everyone’s relative experience, age, or ability.

Need to improve your fitness fast? Endurance class will get your lungs firing. This lightweight, cardio-focused programme will significantly improve your aerobic capacity whilst doubling up as active recovery for regular CrossFitters. This is purposefully programmed to continually drive progression unlike any other HIIT class.

By far the funnest class in the programme. Work in teams and push your fitness further together. Anything goes; tyre flipping, atlas stones, synchro deadlifts, team skipping and so much more. Apply your fitness and have a wicked time with friends. You won’t realise it’s exercise until it’s over!
