Constantly varied functional training at a high intensity. Our CrossFit classes are focused around a Workout of the day (WOD). All our workouts can be scaled to suit your individual performance level. This programme is perfect for the beginner and the athlete looking to enhance their performance in any given sport.
Bootcamp style classes designed to increase your engine. We turn the music up, drop the weight, increase the reps, and boost your aerobic capacity. Similar to HIIT classes and interval training, but with a standard Fell spin. Great for beginners to jump start their fitness in a fun way, and for those looking for a good sweat sesh.
Our Gymnastics classes allow you to take control of your body with a helping hand from our experienced coaches that will accellerate you towards your goals. Want to improve your pull ups, handstands, muscle ups, press ups, and all the bodyweight movements? We execute drills and learn all the skills. If you want to make some shapes, give this one a go!
