Your hosts, Chelsea Eddy-Waland and Jess Rosart, have created an epic fitness holiday, balancing activities in the gym and beyond the box. This camp is an active escape that aims to challenge, motivate, inspire and rejuvenate you.

This is the perfect opportunity to improve your skills, meet new people, increase your fitness, get stronger, network with inspirational people and explore the epic beauty of the Lakes with a local guide.

Your highly specialist and experienced coaches will guide you through numerous workshops, ensuring that you come away from the camp moving better with increased confidence and capacity. There's fun workouts and lifting sessions to compliment the workshops.

Expect lots of Lakeland adventures as we take you on scenic trail runs, guide you through a wild water swim and take you on a stunning full-day hike.

You'll be well-fed with a hearty breakfasts included each day, three-course dinners at the hotel and an evening meal out.

There are two room options; private or shared.

There are two payment options; full payment or payment plan.

PRIVATE ROOM FULL PAYMENT = £695

SHARED ROOM FULL PAYMENT = £615

The payment plan requires an initial payment of £150 and then the remaining balance will be split into equal monthly instalments with the final balance due on 01/10/2025. You will receive monthly invoices with 14-day payment terms.

SHARED ROOM PAYMENT PLAN = £665

PRIVATE ROOM PAYMENT PLAN = £745

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This trip is extremely active so a solid foundation of fitness is recommended, however, your ability or experience does not matter. All movements and workouts can be adapted, so please don't worry about your skill level.

We welcome individuals as well as groups, so don't worry if you don't know anyone prior to attending. You'll make genuine connections from the first workout!

All rooms have twin or double beds and are shared occupancy, unless you opt for a private room which will be just for you. We will allocate roomies, unless you specify on booking.

Simply decide your room type (private or shared) then your payment option (payment plan or full). If you opt for the payment plan, you commit to paying the full amount in equal monthly instalments and a £50 surcharge. We will send you invoices to remind you. The full amount must be paid prior to the training camp.

We require £150 non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations within 6 weeks of the training camp will require full payment and cannot be refunded as we will incur costs at this point.

We will be back in touch 6 weeks ahead of the camp with a proposed itinerary and kit list. In the week before, we will check back in and confirm any last minute arrangements. However, Jess and Chelsea are available for any queries you may have in the meantime.
